I'm a holistic designer who bridges the gap between aesthetics, strategy, and technical craft. While I consider myself a generalist who can adapt to different contexts, I develop deep expertise in any setting I work in.

My diverse background spans architecture, athletics, startup work, and UX design in cybersecurity. Rather than focusing solely on visual appeal, I take a systems-thinking approach—deeply considering user needs, business goals, and practical implementation in every design solution I create.

hello there, i'm eli

Born and raised in Houston, TX, with NASA in my back yard, I dream BIG. After being a top competitor in swimming and water polo, I pursued a master's degree in architecture. During my studies, I had an incredible opportunity to study abroad on an ancient volcano in Italy, where I discovered the importance of community and intentional design.

My career began in New York City during my fourth year of college, where I went on to complete a thesis on architectural solutions for California's water shortages. I then led projects designing homes and brands from Seattle, WA, to Charleston, SC. Now based in Denver, CO, I continue to expand my horizons.

Being involved in revitalizing the largest masters aquatics clubs in Colorado inspired me to embrace graphic design, technology strategy, and transition into UX design. This experience showed me that design and opportunities have no bounds.

I thrive at the intersection of innovation and strategy, developing designs for people and brands that resonate and simply work well. While my design aesthetic is strong, my true value lies in questioning assumptions and exploring new possibilities. Through collaborative experimentation and deep technical understanding, I create solutions that are not just visually compelling, but strategically sound and thoughtfully integrated across touchpoints.

core values

  • Relationships cultivated are built on trust and removing the boundaries between people and disciplines.

  • Creativity should be elevated and ingrained in authentic data and embody best-in-class strategy, leading to powerful business results.

  • Creativity has the power to uplift experiences, the economy, and society.

  • From experimenting with new materials, technologies, workflows, patterns, and sciences, iterating thoughtfully and failing fast can lead to prosperous discoveries.

  • There’s no ego here. No single individual is better than anyone else. It is not about winning or losing, it’s about doing what’s best for the customer.
